Treatment Focus
I specialize in providing virtual therapy that is multiculturally accessible and trauma-informed. I see individual adults across the age range and for a variety of issues, across the state of California. Therapy with me will integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and any other wisdom lineages that speak to you.
My approach to therapy is strength-based, depth-oriented YET solution-focused, committed, and creative! I strive for our therapeutic relationship to be based in genuineness, hope, action, and insight. As fundamental to our relationship, seeing and empowering your identities will always be a touchstone of our work.
How I Locate Myself
I am a licensed counseling psychologist whose professional mission is to help make healing accessible.
I live in the Bay Area, CA on lands kept sacred by the Oholone Peoples, and grew up in Los Angeles on land kept sacred by the Tongva.
